 本届“食品安全”论坛的主要目标是通过一个国际化的沟通平台，帮助和指导中国食品企业更好地掌握食品安全领域的最新法规和技术动态，并且通过与发达国家的专家面对面交流，从而更有效地帮助中国食品企业提高在国际市场上的综合竞争能力。
The purpose of the "Food safety" conference is to educate and guide Chinese Food and Beverage enterprises better understand all relevant safety issues in Food and Beverage Industry related to regulations, ingredients, processing, transportation, labelling, storage and testing etc.
